You’ll have a regular cleaner or team assigned, becoming a familiar face around your office. If they’re on leave or unwell, our floating teams step in, so you’re never left with dusty surfaces.

Communication
Staying in contact with your cleaning team is easy with our communications book, where messages can be left between visits.
We also conduct regular check-ins with all our clients to ensure they continue to receive the excellent level of service they signed up for. In case issues arise, your account manager is only ever a WhatsApp, Call, Text, Teams, or email away.
An Initial Deep Clean
We kick off every contract with a meticulous deep clean, setting the premises to a high standard of cleanliness. This standard is consistently maintained through our regular and ongoing visits. Contract Free
We don't bind our clients to lengthy contracts. Instead, we operate with a straightforward service level agreement outlining the inclusions of your offer. If, for any reason, you need to cancel at any time, a month's notice is all we require.

We utilise a health and safety software package that covers all the essentials, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH, and Incident Reporting.
