We guarantee our cleaning standard. If your inventory report flags a cleaning issue within our guarantee window, we return and re-clean at no extra cost — deposit deductions for cleaning become extremely rare.
How Long Does An End Of Tenancy Clean Take?+
Typically 4–8 hours depending on property size and condition. A team of two to four cleaners will usually complete an average 2–3 bed property in a single visit.
Do I Need To Be There?+
No. Most of our work is arranged directly with the letting agent, and we routinely collect and return keys so you don't need to be on site.
Do You Clean Carpets Too?+
Yes — professional hot-water extraction carpet cleaning can be booked alongside the end of tenancy clean on the same visit at a discounted rate.
