Where We Started

## A Gap We Couldn't Ignore

We launched Hashtag Clean Ltd in 2014 after several years in the industry, because we noticed a gap in the market for a bespoke service that met the varying and wide-ranging needs of businesses — both for their own workspaces and their property portfolios.

Time and again the businesses we spoke to were being let down by cleaning that just wasn't reaching the standards required. The operational support they needed from a contractor wasn't there either — cleaners employed casually, without proper training. Both companies and cleaners were losing out.

How It's Going

## From A Man And A Van To Multiple Teams On The Road

We've come a long way since our operation was just a man and a van, zooming round the local area doing end-of-tenancy cleans. Trading on our hard-earned reputation, we now have multiple teams on the road every day.

End of tenancy and construction cleaning were where we cut our teeth, and although we no longer offer those services, the standards they demanded still shape how we work. Today we focus on commercial and office cleaning for a wide range of premises across Kent, Surrey and Sussex — we've got cleaning covered, so you can get on with doing what you do best.

Our Approach

## A Simple Way Of Doing Business

Six principles keep every clean — and every conversation — heading in the same direction.

### We Take Pride In What We Do

Every clean, every site, every day — standards don't slip because we care about the work we put our name on.

### We're Here To Help

Questions and issues are dealt with quickly and decisively, so your day-to-day business is never interrupted.

### We Treat Our Staff Well

Cleaners are directly employed, paid a real living wage and trained regularly — with top-ups built into the year.

### We Embrace Technology

Digital checklists, live H&S compliance and real-time reporting make our service slick, efficient and audit-ready.

### We're Reliable, Consistently

We turn up. No patchy service, no disappearing acts — a solid reputation built on showing up and doing the work.

### We Cover The Full Picture

From multi-site commercial contracts across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
